I’ve tried several recipes so far and have found each one of them delicious. I was also thrilled with the large variety of soup and salad recipes displayed in this book. Many cookbooks skimp in this area, but not this one. I’m looking forward to working my way through and trying all of Donna Caesar’s recipes. I’ve also started to follow her so that I’ll be sure to be notified of any new books of hers’ being released.

This is a gem of a find. I highly recommend trying Donna Caesar’s Quick Healthy Meals. You won’t be disappointed.
