Don’t Miss This Unforgettable, Heartfelt Novel by Diane Chamberlain.

The Stolen Marriage-Coming 10/3/17

The Stolen Marriage is a captivating novel crafted with complex characters, compelling plot and realistic dialogue.

Tess Demello never thought that her one wild night out would change her life. But it did. She was supposed to be marrying Vincent Russo. That had always been the plan. However, that was before she met Henry Kraft, a businessman from Hickory, North Carolina. Tess’s mother, was beside herself when she heard, that Tess wasn’t marrying Vincent. Tess regretted that the last words, to her mother, were angry words.

Henry, the owner of Kraft Furniture, was a wealthy, well-known and respected man. He was also a private man with a lot of secrets. He cared for Tess, and although he was controlling, he never gave her reason to fear him. Henry treated Tess more like a friend, however than a husband. And she quickly found herself trapped in a loveless marriage. She wanted her old life back, but it was too late for that. Tess begged Henry for a divorce, but he wouldn’t hear of it.

The Stolen Marriage is a fascinating historical fiction novel. Diane Chamberlain transported me to another time and place, where I stayed, captivated, until the end of the book. I will definitely be reading more from this talented author. Highly recommended.

Thank you, St. Martin’s Press and NetGalley, for my advanced review copy. I loved it!
