I’ve tried several recipes so far and have found each one of them delicious. I was also thrilled with the large variety of soup and salad recipes displayed in this book. Many cookbooks skimp in this area, but not this one. I’m looking forward to working my way through and trying all of Donna Caesar’s recipes. I’ve also started to follow her so that I’ll be sure to be notified of any new books of hers’ being released.

This is a gem of a find. I highly recommend trying Donna Caesar’s Quick Healthy Meals. You won’t be disappointed.

I love to prepare meals using a slow cooker so when I saw that this book was being offered for free, I grabbed it.

101 Your Delicious Slow Cooker Cookbook is a fabulous reference. This book contains thirty-five delicious recipes that are easy to make; as well as an instructional guide for the beginner.

What I found to be extremely helpful, was that not only did this book contain the usual metric conversion table, it also included slow cooker time equivalents, for meals usually cooked in the oven. Now, that’s a golden nugget find!

This book also contains step by step instructions for the beginner on how to use a slow cooker, clean it, and which slow cookers are the best to use. More importantly though, Morgan White explains for the reader how to handle, cook and store food safely to avoid bacterial growth and contamination. And many, many more useful tips.

There aren’t any pictures of meals in this book, so if that is something you are looking for you may be disappointed. To me, it’s the ingredients, taste and the ease of making a meal that matter.

I found this book to be an excellent cookbook and reference. Kudos Morgan White for putting together 35 delicious easy to make slow cooking recipes! I highly recommend it.
